Greywind Notifications

  1. Greywind uses SMS to send service notifications, account alerts, appointment reminders, diagnostic result updates, system status messages, and account authentication / security codes to opted-in users.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@greywind.tech or +1 (305) 910-2898.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your account activity, service usage, and notification settings — frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

For healthcare clients, Greywind maintains HIPAA-compliant practices for handling Protected Health Information (PHI). Our integration and communication services, including SMS messaging, are configured to meet HIPAA requirements. Business Associate Agreements (BAA) are available upon request for covered entities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks on our website and within our services are the property of Greywind or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect service access. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greywind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to SMS delivery failures, system outages, or data loss.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees. SMS messaging fees, if applicable, are billed separately based on usage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by contacting us.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Greywind regarding the use of our services.
